EAI and the MOBIMEDIA Organizing Committee announce that due to the worsening situation in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China because of COVID-19, the conference will be fully-online.
Any paper which is accepted to the conference and is included in the final program is required to be presented at the conference during its scheduled presentation date and time. No-show papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
To guarantee that everyone can enjoy the full conference experience, all sessions are going to be broadcasted to via Voov. All pre-recorded presentations will be followed by a Q&A facilitated via Voov. Those of you, who wish to connect with any other participant 1-on-1 may find them via the conference program or in the People tab.
If you plan on attending the conference remotely, please note that to ensure the smoothest possible experience, it is required that you pre-record your presentation and send it to EAI for processing, following these instructions.
