EAI and the MOBIMEDIA Organizing Committee are happy to announce that due to the positive situation in Guiyang, MOBIMEDIA 2021 will take place in a traditional format with the possibility of remote attendance. To make sure that everyone who wishes to take part in the conference is able to do so, the possibility to present your paper and interact with all the other participants remotely has been made available to everyone who would be unable to attend in person for any reason.
Any paper which is accepted to the conference and is included in the final program is required to be presented at the conference during its scheduled presentation date and time. No-show papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
To guarantee that everyone can enjoy the full conference experience, all sessions are going to be broadcasted to via Voov. All presentations done remotely will be shown live to the attendees on-site, and vice versa, while each presentation will be followed by a Q&A facilitated via Voov with the help of on-site staff. Those of you, who wish to connect with any other participant 1-on-1 may find them in the EAI Compass via the conference program or in the People tab.
If you plan on attending the conference remotely, please note that to ensure the smoothest possible experience, it is required that you pre-record your presentation and send it to EAI for processing, following these instructions.
To maintain the health and safety of all those in attendance, any and all recommendations made by the local government will be observed. If you plan on attending this conference in person, we strongly encourage you to follow the local safety directives.
